Data Deletion Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

Pamosnik lets you delete the data we hold about you and the data we received from your connected Instagram Business account at any time. This page explains how, in line with Meta Platform requirements.

Option 1 — Disconnect your Instagram account

Sign in to Pamosnik, open the Instagram page in your dashboard, and choose Disconnect. When you disconnect, we stop processing new messages and delete the Instagram data associated with that account (account profile, message and comment content, sender IDs, and related event logs) within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

Sign in to Pamosnik, go to Settings → Account, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your Pamosnik account along with all automations, subscribers, tags, logs, and any data received from connected Instagram accounts within 30 days.

Option 3 — Remove Pamosnik from Instagram

You can also revoke Pamosnik’s access from your Instagram or Meta account settings (Apps and Websites). Once access is revoked, we can no longer receive your Instagram data, and the data we previously received is deleted within 30 days.

Option 4 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to privacy@pamosnik.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, hashed password).
  • Connected Instagram account ID, username, and access tokens.
  • Message and comment content and sender Instagram-scoped IDs.
  • Automations, subscribers, tags, custom fields, and event logs.

We may retain a minimal set of records where required by law (for example, billing records), in anonymized or aggregated form where possible.
